The business development team have been very successful in uncovering leads, meeting with prospective clients, qualifying the lead, submitting documents and proposals, conducting site visits or showcasing products and services… BUT, the client still hasn’t signed on the dotted line!
Some sales people are good at relationship building. Others are terrific bid or document writers. And yet others continue to persevere in getting past the gate keeper to the key decision maker.
