From a young age Tim aspired to become a zoo veterinarian. Work experience at the Taronga Zoo confirmed for Tim that humans where much more interesting, engaging and entertaining than chimpanzees! His career direction shifted to organisational psychology and human resources, where he has built an impressive skill set and experience working with people, companies, brands and thinking about the future.
With over thirteen years experience in the Human Resources sector, Tim has worked across the hospitality and education industries in a variety of senior leadership positions. He has focused on volume and specialised recruitment; talent management; the training, development and engagement of people and on driving cultural change.
He has worked in premium branded organisations and been responsible for aligning people goals with commercial outcomes.
In addition Tim has held driving roles in Sales & Marketing and been responsible for sales growth, strategic expansion, new business and CRM implementation. His commercial acumen and business skills are strengthened by his people & culture emphasis.
